Unloading valve is used for the convenience of unloading of bulk material on some production facilities. In this variant there is no classical container bottom, fixing of the valve is made by the tier (sewed to it).
When filling the big bag note the bottom design feature and do not overload the container. For packing of dusty and hygroscopic products, the container can be equipped with a polyethylene insert. Unloading valve is manufactured on individual orders.

Using of unloading valve allows to reuse big bags. On the customer’s request big bas may be equipped with polyethylene insert. The big bag size and density depend on your demands. On the customer’s request container may be equipped with the pocket for documentation.
On the individual order we will manufacture big bags of required parameters and options. Applying of corporate seal of up to 4 colors is possible.
