This version of the container of the “big bag” type is mainly used for packing and transporting dusty products, powders or mixtures. Top ruffle in this case protects the product from spillage and contact with the external environment. For additional waterproofing it is recommended to use special polyethylene inserts, with which big bags can be equipped.
The unloading valve allows to conveniently unload bulk products and is necessary in the case of conveyor unloading in some industries. Sometimes the unloading valve is chosen when multiple use of big bag.

All big bags produced by the “RiaPlast” company are designed for various volumes and can hold from 500 kg to 2,0 tons of cargo. The material used by our specialists for the production of big bags is characterized by a high level of resistance to UV rays.
At the request of the Customer, we can complete products with inserts that will protect the contents of the bags from moisture. It is possible to apply flexographic printing to bags of up to four colors.
